Can I change my type of business under the same company

Hi ,
I got my tier 1 entrepreneur visa last month . Me and my business partner applied together , and registered a marketing firm in 2014 . And this business is not running well as we expected . So my question is it possible to change my type of business under the same company which we registered earlier . Or better start a new business with a new company registration ? Will it effect my visa ? I am already having business account , so if I Register new company I have to start a new business acoount too . Please help friends

Yes you can change the services under the same business name but the services should complye to the NQF level.

No you dont need to inform company house.
You can change your SIC code when you file your accounts with Company house.
