Difference in applying as a team or standalone

Dear All
Need ur advise.
1. I have funds and my wife will be main applicant for Tier1 enterpreneur. We are in dubai from 6 years. I want them to apply as a team of my wife in dubai and brother in Pakistan. Is it possible and what are the prospects for applying as a team or individual.
