Can i use the below Employer's Letter for applying for dependent visa for my Wife and Child?

Or do let me know if there is a STANDARD Format to be used in this case...

that sounds ok as long as it is in a company letter headed and it looks real.
better send the original employment offer backed with pay slips and where the money goes. cos i am 100% sure they cross reference the two . my friend was refused because they could not see where payment from one payslip ended up ??????? it was not showing in his bank statement.

You mean to say...

Along with the Employer's letter on the Letter head..

Also send my ORIGINAL Offer Letter, ORIGINAL Payslips (maybe bank statement latest showing all the salary payments...)??
