T2 Dependent application - New process

Hi,

I had submitted a online application for my wife and children dependent Visa(PBS Dependent Visa).Last week i had received a Bio metric letter and i completed a Bio metric enrollment in post office for both of my dependent,however today i received both my dependent Passport and Old bio metric card stating that as per the new process of certain application the document will be returned and application will be kept open for the further consideration. My question did any one faced this situation,if yes how long it will take to receive the new bio metric card along with original doc such as marriage certificate and original birth certificate.
