IGS questions

Hello,

I have a couple of questions about the IGS visa.

(1) The document checklist on the application form includes an entry for 'Documents showing you intend to seek and take employment in the UK'. This is not mentioned in the guidance notes. What would this consist of? If I have not yet found a job by the time I apply, would this be a problem?

(2) Is there any problem with moving from an IGS visa back to a student visa at the end of the 1 year, to start another course?

1) register with recruitment agencies like hayes etc and get them to issue you a letter that you are currently seeking employment through them.

2) you can switch to student status easily
