Advice Needed

HI. This is probably my first interaction here.

I have been offered a job and am waiting for the sponsor letter. I have started maintaining my bank account since yesterday, hence will not be able to apply before mid-December.

I want to know what is feasible for me. To apply for my dependents with me. Or go there and apply after 3 months.

I do not want to leave them here for 3 months as there are family problems here. So ill be taking them along on a visitor visa. and then once im ready to apply, theyll come back, apply from here and move.

Is this plan feasible. Please give me advice.

try convincing your employer to certify your and your dependents maintenance on rcos. You can then apply immediately if you have got rcos and you will not need to maintain bank statement for three months. So you all can than go together.
