Tier 2 visa Extension refused beacuse of salary

Hello ,
I need some Information regarding tier 2 visa . recently I recived refusal letter beacause of salary. but now my company happy to give the right amount what UKBA specified. and in the refusal letter they just mensioned adminstraion review. do i need to do adminstration review?
my queries are:
how can i re apply the application?
do i need new cOS
and my documents and everything are with the UKBA-can i do premium service application?
please help me. thanks in advance
