Situation - Tier 2 G - Change of Sponsorship/Employment

Tier 2 Policy Guidance (Version 03/2015) Page 27 -
96. Your contracted working hours must be at least 30 hours a week.

SOC 2015 - CODE 2132 - Programmer - Experienced - 31,100 Shortage OccupationList

So

Salary 31,100 / 39 UKBA Hours = 797.4358974358974
797.4358974358974 x 30 Hours (mentioned in COS) = 23923.07692307692

1. Is really 30 hours is the minimum to success the application ?

2. Any other stuff I need to check regards to Weekly hours
