Hi All
my girlfriend is an EEA National [Republic of ireland] Setteled in UK since 1988 and she is divorced. And like she is an EEA National and i am a non EEA national [TUNISIA] iam going to apply for the EEA family permit when we will get Married.
we did heared about this certifacate of impedement and what iwant to know is do we need to apply for this certificate or this certificate is just for the british national ?
or the divorce paper will be enought.

It depends on where you are getting married.If it's in Tunisia, she would require the certificate.
