BRP Letter not received for Tier 2 ICT short Term Staff Part

Hi,

I am the main applicant having UK visa of type "Tier 2 ICT Short Term Staff". Along with my visa I had received the BRP collection letter.

I had applied for dependent visa for my wife of UK visa type "Tier 2 ICT Short Term Staff Partner".
We received the visa for my wife, but we have not received the BRP collection letter with the visa.

Please let us know if there is no BRP card for the "Tier 2 ICT Short Term Staff Partner"
or is it an error from the VFS team and they have missed to send the BRP collection letter along with the visa.

Please advise urgently

What is the start date and end date in your BRP?

What is the start date and end date in the visa your dependent has received?
