Going to Uk as the spouse of EEA national

My newly-marriged wife is a German and I am Taiwanese.We got married in Taiwan.Now we want to move to UK.We don't know in what conditions
we can live UK just because my wife is an EU national(because my wife has never been to UK).Can we go to uk and stay with self-sufficent resource ?
