TLScontact - FR visa - issue changing appointment

Hi all,

I am attempting to apply for a Schengen visa via France and originally had an appointment booked for this morning at 9:00 (25th September). However, as some documents required weren't ready, I wanted to change the appointment for a later date - Monday the 28th - but have been unable to find any means to do so. Just thought I would reach out on this forum to see if anyone has any advice on how to do so, or if I'm missing anything.

I've already emailed them twice and had no response so far, and the 'customer care line' is an information only line with no option to speak to an advisor.

Would really appreciate any help!
