Delay in BRP delivery, help needed!

I attended an appointment at Croydon's premium service center on 12th september for my tier 2 Visa and my application was successful. However, it's been almost 3 weeks and I still haven't received my brp card.I've been checking with DX delivery every single day for the past 2 weeks and got the same response that they don't have anything for me. I've also filled the form on the HO website but haven't had any response from them yet.

It has been a incredibly frustrating experience as I have a urgent travelling commitment to make (which is the reason that I used premium in the first place!). The immigration solicitor from my company told me that other graduates are receiving their brp card within the standard timeframe (3 to 5 working days) so he doesn't understand the reason for the delay either. I would really appreciate if anyone can shed some light on how I can get in touch with the brp team and get my brp card ASAP.
