ESOL A1 November 5th Deadline - Spouse Visa !

I urgently need your feedback on this matter.
Assalam Alikum,
I am currently planning to submit spouse visa application for my wife.
Can you please clarify about the 5th November deadline of English Language Qualification (A1 ESOL).
Will it be okay to book bio-metric appointment after 5th November and online submission done before 5th Nov.
If I can submit online on 3rd November and book VFS appointment for 15th November ? My wife's cert valid till 5th November.
Please please give me your feedback on this...

Why do you want to do biometric on 15th November? If your finances aren't up to scratch by 5th November, you will just waste your money because everything is based on the online application date. So yes the English test will be valid if you pay on 3rd November, and have the biometric after. But why does it need to be after??

Many thanks for your reply. I understood your point. Payment is the main things to determine submission of the application. The reason is to reflect some wages on Nov statements... But, it has solved now.
