Hi Dears,

My entrepreneur was refused in dec 2014.....the refusal was....lack of market research, credibility of funds because not transfered to uk.........appeal is in court....first hearing was in march but adjourned....now its on 20th oct 2015.....We were two partners but my partner left for homeland country in feb 2015 because of some genuine reasons.....now i have arranged third party funds again....and running my business well for one year....any suggestion for hearing....questions etc.

Are you taking any professional / legal help. What were specific reasons for refusal. Please share

yes i am taking legal/professional help.....the reasons i have mentioned already.....credibility of funds from third party bcz any money has not been trnsfered to uk yet.....u couldn't explain your contracts properly.....ur mrket research is not good enough.......u do not have business history while u were on psw....thats it.

I was asking to know background to these refusal reasons e.g why they think suspecious credibility of the funds, why they think its not good. unless we don't know the exact reasons (you merely provided the the header of refusal) how you expect any one to guide you? If possible please list all refusal points with HO rationale for these.
