VAILANKANNI wrote:Hi!
I am a family member of an EEA national who is been residing in the UK from 2004. I currently hold a Residence permit (expiring in dec.2015). I have been in the UK from April 2010. We are both working full time - myself as a QA officer in a pharmaceutical firm & my husband I credit services.
I want to apply for a permanent residence permit (indefinite leave in UK). Am I eligible to do so? If so what are the other requirements?
Also, If an English test is required, is it possible to prove the same from UKNARIC as I have a certificate from them.
Kindly guide.
Many Thanks,

No English test is required for confirmation of PR so don't worry about that.
Have you started with the forum FAQS (?), see:

& Q5 of naturalisation FAQs may help too:

Your PR in UK is all about your sponsor (spouse)
exercising treaty rights as a qualified person continuously for 5 years and thus acquiring PR.
(Your economic activity is immaterial in the context of PR; only your marriage to an EEA national & your residency in UK really figures in the equation).
Note If sponsor (spouse) is an A8 EEA national you need to check that the now defunct WRS regulations and requirements were met to ensure his PR clock was running at that time;
(ie for a worker in UK, from date of country's accession up to 2011).
Good luck.
