How about Canada? Is there some sort of easy residency path?

Eh, Canada's not part of the EU I was asking if there's some path for US citizens to settle there seeing as it's colder as you like it.

You appear to be confusing the European Union (EU) with a Commonwealth country. At the shortest distance, Europe is 4114.68 miles away from Canada.
