Some questions About Stamp4EU fam and Irish Passport

Hi all,

first i just like say thank you for all help you did for me for the last 5 years.

backing to the topic.

First question: someone told me i can apply for Irish passport after 4 years holding stamp4eu fam ? its that true? some other guys saying it's 5 years but you can get in 4, who saying the truth?

Second Question: I can just apply for Irish Passport I was working and paying taxes? if during this process I lost my job and was in job-seekers allowance and did not pay taxes for few months what gonna happen?

Third Question Need to be 5 years consecutive paying taxes? or does not matter?
