ILR for Dependent

Post by diwakar_shukla » Wed Oct 14, 2015 5:28 pm

Dear Sir/Madam,

I came in this country with my family on T-2 then I shifted to T-1 and my family as T-1 dependent.
I have got the ILR now and wants to apply for ILR for my family thru postal service. [my family did not apply for ILR with me]

Can you pleas advise below?

1. What all documents do I need to send for my family [wife + 2 kids] ILR application ?
2. Do I need to send any of my original document (passport or BRP) ?
3. what category should I choose in [section 3 - Which Category?] if it is Other purpose then what should I write in Box and letter ?
4. Do I need to send my bank statement, Salary slip, P60 or residence proof?
5. Will it be same form I used for my application SET [O].
5. How much time typically it takes for postal service, I know it is 6 months maximum but is there any guideline when should I expect ?

Thanks in anticipation.

Are you going to apply 2 years route for them? which means 2 years if you applied for that visa before 9 July 2012.

Dear Macro_Run,

Thanks for response.
They have been living with me all along (5 years). So not sure, should I take 2 Years route? what does that mean?
