Invalid Application

Hi i have sent all documents correctly.But HO refund my fees and IHS. Can I reapply tier 4 application? I have not received any letter yet why its invalid. Is i possible to do fresh apply? thnx

Maybe it's an error. If you are studying at a university, ask the International Student Adviser to check it for you.

Yes, if you are outside the UK. If you are in the UK, and your previous leave has now expired, check with your sponsor first whether they are happy for you to apply as an overstayer. Separately, if you have no current leave, they would be very unlikely to allow you to enrol.

Thank you for yor reply.i already enrol with uni..i want to fresh app..can you tel me is it possible? I sent all documents except passport and brp because these 2 documents already was ukvi. My husband applied flr o and for support his application solicitor send my passport nd brp aswell..i wrote a cover letter that where my documents to ukvi..is there any chance they sent application beacuse for that..my husband varied set lr applction from flr o later..why ukvi unable to collect passport nd brp from his file?please advice..thnx

As I already advised, it depends whether you still have valid leave or not. If not, it would be an out of time application, and the university may not support your application. Even if they did, you would need you to take a short interruption while you sort your immigration status.

Seems unlikely. The form specifically provides an option to say your passport and BRP are with the Home Office already.

I advise you get advice about both these matters from the International Student Adviser at your university.

Thank you shah..i am just waiting for letter..lets see what happend. I hope HO will give a valid reason but from my side I cant find any matters for invalidation..thanks a lot for your time..

Hi sah..i havent received any letter yet..but normally it doesnt take long..should i contact with HO? Invalid application should have valid reason.If HO did any mistake can I take any action? Thnx
