Spouse visa - accommodation requirements

Post by reda » Tue Oct 13, 2015 9:41 pm

I'm a settled person in UK living with my wife and my twins (less than one year old) in studio flat on the top floor of five bedrooms house
my wife will apply for extension spouse visa on march after reaching two years and half here.

I'm living in a five bedroom house. Landlord has rented three bedrooms to friend of mine and studio to myself which I applied with it two years ago as accommodation in first spouse visa for wife

I’m aware that my two boys need to have their own bedroom when they reach one year old
they will be on the eyes of home office considered as one person according to Guidance on Accommodation Overcrowding

for that purpose i agreed with the landlord to rent an extra single room for them when they reach one year old and change my tenancy agreement from only studio to the studio plus small single room except that the single room is not on the same floor with the studio(the single room is underneath the studio)

what do you think about that?
