newbie feeling lost

Hi dont no where to start i dont meet the £18.600 mark so ss is my only way ... so have decided on malta ...do we need to be married or prove 2 yr relationship ie ..passport messages pics etc ...also what visa do we apply for.. partner is in morroco .where do we apply and when ...sorry for all qs..once i get my head round it ill be more focused ...tia

You will need to either marry or show evidence of a 'durable relationship' akin to marriage which would normally require 2 years of co-habitation.
