Child Name Change- Dual nationality

Hi I would like to know precisely how to go about changing a child's (under 16) name? Child holds British/Pakistani nationalities. Child can't give up Pakistani nationality until 18.

Name spelling change can be done through deed poll if British. Not too sure which route to follow.

Please help.
