Hi guys
I hope you can help me with this issue,
Home office has refunded to my bank account part of my health surcharge.
I have paid £2,400 when I applied for my visa for 4 people for 2 year visa; recently home office refunded £800 only. Why is that?

Because each person needs to pay £200 per year. So 4 people on 2 years means 1600. You over paid them by £800

They refunded this amount after nearly four months of submitted my application !Does it mean they took decision ?

It looks like yes they have approved your visa

Can you guide on the template of documents that you submitted?
