Refund of NHS surcharge

Hi
I recently got Tier 2 General Visa with my son as my dependent. we paid 3 years fees however got visa for my son for 2 years (as my husband has only 2 years left on his visa)
Now will we get refund for 1 year surcharge, if yes, then how?
