flr(m) queries

Post by crisbacon30 » Wed Oct 21, 2015 12:03 pm

hi everyone im filling this flr(m) form at the moment and its driving me nuts. Anyways, ive two queries and hope someone can help me:

first: my husband started working for a company in 5th may 2015 as a sub- contracted worker. Does that classify him as self-employed? he earns £160.00 a day.I know he defo meets the financial requirements but i dont know how to fill the form and which docs to send to HO.

second: is it ok to send a certificate of level B1 to meet the english language requirement?
its certified by Cambridge college.

This is an extend leave to remain and im on a 2 year route.

thanx very much in advance

regards

Slightly confused...? 2 year route? What is your visa history?

If your husband is self-employed he would need all of the relevant accounts, should have a company, etc...
Does he get pay slips?

Does the company deduct tax and NIC contributions from his pay?
(Casa, not CR001)
