Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa (PSW route ) Extension

Hi

First a great thanks to everyone for their valuable feedbacks on applications etc.
My Query is

I applied to Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa (PSW) successfully in 2013 and was granted visa, But I didn't pursue the business I based my application on , instead switched to another business, which I also included in my first application and pursued it for the last 3 years. This other business I had started 6months back before applying for the visa, and also created 2 position as the business needed 2 employees anyways and not just to meet the requirements.
My question is can I apply to extension on the basis of other business and the employment I created , will they count towards the requirement to create 2 new positions?? Policy notes state two create 2 new positions but since I have done that before applying do I still need to create more positions.
