Switching from T4 to T2 Online Uni Course

Hi all,

I am currently on Tier 4 visa planning to switch to Tier 2 General. I came here in 2012 and college shut down in Dec 2013. I requested for a curtailment letter from the UK VI requesting for a curtailment letter as colleges apparently need it for them to accept me. I made a few requests via call and email but the home office got back to me saying they'll get in touch with me and will send me the letter in due time. Meanwhile, as I couldn't enrol and get my tier 4 visa sorted, I enrolled to an online university and managed to find a sponsor who is willing to take me on board. My current visa is due to expire next month, November 2015. I'm planning to apply through premium service. What are my chances of getting my visa approved (switching/in country application)?
