Info required for Business plan

Hi All,

My colleague is planning to immigrate to UK. His background is from engineering and mine is from Finance.
He wants to invest in UK and is planning to apply for T1 Entrepreneur visa.

I volunteered to help him in creating his business plan. What i need to know is that i don't miss anything.
Can anyone provide me sample business plan or important points when preparing the business plan?

I have completed 3 year financial plan already.
