Need urgent help!!!

Most of us who applied here for EU treaty rights have come from UK were overstayers there.I have applied for eu1 and got my temporary stay and Garda card aswell but i have an emergency and need to travel back to UK for a week.do I need to gain re entry visa or is it visa free as my wife's British and if I do need visa how long will it take and would I face any difficulty as I was overstayed in UK???
Your help would be appreciated....

You need to get re-entry visa, as you are on temporary stamp 4, and also a British VIsitors visa or an EEA family permit, depending on the circumstances.
