fiance visa question

I've been in the UK for almost six months, on a visit visa, living with my british boyfriend. I am aware that I can only visit the UK for 6 months in a 12-month period with a visit visa.

However, can I come back within this 12-month period again if I get a fiance visa? If not, does anyone know a quicker way of being together?

Indeed you can, as soon as you have your fiancée visa.

Not to my knowledge, but then I would say, it does not need to be written out. What is clear that the holder of a fiancée visa is entitled to fly to the UK as soon as that visa is held. Also there is nothing in the Immigration Rules to stop a fiancée visa being issued shortly after a visit to the UK.
