Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur

Post by trevorkien » Mon Oct 26, 2015 12:15 am

Could anyone recommend a solicitor/consultant to review my Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur visa application?

It seems not many have experience in this as it is not a common application. The uni endorsing me seems a bit unsure too in certain areas as they have only done this a handful of times.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

hahaha.I am applying tomorrow for my Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur visa too. Just read the guidance. It is really really straight forward. you just need a letter from your university with certain template which is in the guidance and a bank statement for 90 days with minimum of £945.

Which university is endorsing you?

Brilliant!

With regards to the endorsement letter, does the authorised official have to put his email and contact number? Mine only states name and mailing address.

Also when it says I need to included an original copy of the endorsement letter, what does that mean? The university only provided me with the word document of the endorsement letter for me to print.

No. You need to have original letter from authorized person. signed with original university's logo. they will refuse that. Ask them to read the guidance. Also make sure you apply in the next few weeks, they are changing the route. I just sent off my documents few hours ago.
