Evidence for Work Experience

Post by noddy214 » Wed Apr 07, 2004 7:08 am

Hi Folks!!!

Need a quick word of advice.

Basic Details:
Am 30 years old so applying for HSMP in Over28 Category
Have 10 Years of work experience and planning to claim 50 points for the same.

Question:
I need advice on the kind of Evidence I have to provide for my work experience. While I have my appointment letters from all my emplyers, I did not have any relieve letters. Hence I organised for a Work experience certificate.

The following details are covered in all the experience letters:
Joining Date
Relieve Date
Joing Designation
Promotion Date and Designation
Brief description of Key Performace Areas
Brief description of Skills and Expertise acquired while performing KPAs

What it does not cover is the Salary Break up.

In such a situation, do I need to attach my appointment letters as it carries the salary break up. Or would it suffice if I were to attach the salary break of the current employer only as they are more interested in knowing earning for the past twelve months only as proof of earning.

Look forward to lots of replies.
Thanks.

I think the salary statment from the present employer indicating the past twelve months salary will be enough because they decide the earning points on the basis of past twelve months salary.

I would include the joining letters as well as further proof of your graduate (or senior) level experience, not just salary. If you have them and they are supportive, why not send them?
