My wife has ILR. Recently she renewed passport with surname addition. Now she has new passport with <firstname><lastname> and old passport, BRP with only <firstname>.
I know that to fix name on BRP i need to apply for NTL.
But in mean time she needs to visit India.
Do she need to inform immigration office before travel. if that is the case what is contact number?
Also NTL should be done within 3 months but she returning on exactly completition of 3months.
It should be at least 2 day more than 3 months.Is this problem?
