I was granted a UK student visa in 2004 and renewed every year up until Nov 2007 while my brother came her in 2006 and renewed up until 2011.My mum came here in 1990 and till date her case is still at the home office.Im wondering if there's any way or hope to regularise our stay in uk.Thanks

Your mum could probably qualify on 20 year basis provided she's never been issued removal documents.

The rest not much chance I afraid.
