We had our appointment yesterday to submit documentation and have our biometric data done. I took my original degrees as well as certified copies as I am claiming 10 points in the language category as my degrees were taught in English.
The gentleman at Teleperformance refused to take the originals stating that these were only necessary if I was going to study there, but he did include my certified copies. Is this potentially an issue? I don't want any unnecessary delays in the visa process but I'm not sure what we could/should do about this?
