Tier 2 sponsor in Liquidation, How Long can I work

Hi all,

MY Tier 2 sponsor is closing down soon as they are entering into Liquidation.They want me to continue working as they planning to get COS for another SISTER company and wants me to apply for new visa.

What I would like to know is , Will the licence and Visa will curtail as soon as the company enters in Liquidation or Apply for Liquidation or after the company is Fully Closed after the Liquidation process.

So Max How much time do I have basically Now. I do not think they will serve me notice any time soon as they need me. So can they still employ me UNTIL this Liquidations period for another 3-4 months ?
Someone please advise..

You should be ok to work for your current employer till the time they are legally operating in the uk.
you may trasnfer to their sister company, but a rlmt will be needed.

Thanks for your reply . "Legally Operating" When a company enters it Liquidation will it still be considered as legally Operating until it finally Closes after Liquidation process ?

I had a look into Tier2 rules for Sponsors, in which the Home office said they need to be informed withing 15 days of company entering into Liquidations , so that they can revoke the Licence and cancel Sponsorship ?
