2 Sponsors licences for same employer

Post by flowerking » Thu Oct 29, 2015 11:12 am

Hi,

My current tier 2 general is expiring soon. The employer I am working with is expanding bussiness rapidly and have 2 sponsors license to their names with 2 different subsidiaries.

The one I previously got the COS with has no current Level 1 user, as the previous authorizing officer left the company without notice and no one else got login access to the SMS. HR requested home office to help with assigning a new authorizing officer which as quoted will take 2 to 4 weeks. So, they are looking to generate a new COS with the other sponsor license (subsidiary), which was different from the one I got the initial COS from.

Is this a valid way to go. Does this give me any problems with my application?

Please help.

Thanks.

IMHO, this logically means a change of sponsor visa and not extension visa. The conditions are different for change of sponsor visa. I don't think it will fly. It would be better if your current employer ask UKVI to expedite the process.

Thanks moonlight55.

I am currently awaiting for them to generate the COS to see which license they are going to use.
