thanks for this informative website.
i am new here and want to know if a non EU brother nearly 19 age under 21 years dependent on UK citizen living in Ireland from 2 3 months with his british brother and wishing to apply for EU1 residence card, what are the chances of approval? came in Ireland by NI from uk.sorry for English if it's not good.

Depends on whether the person was genuinely dependant, and a permitted family member within the meaning of the regulations.

I want to know is there any relaxation available in Ireland rules/ragulations for genuine dependent who is under 21 years of age.
