Tier 2 application in progress - company dissolved

Hi guys

I am in very difficult situation, applied for the tier 2 visa 6 weeks before, my job start date is from November 15 this year and still waiting for the response from home office

Just checked on the companies house website that the company has issued me COS has been dissolved in 2011 but their name is still coming in tier 2 sponsor list of home office.

I have checked with the solicitors, they said it is very unusual situation

Any of the member came a cross this situation before, do I need to do anything or wait for home office decision

Instead of asking the forum why don't you ask the sponsor as to how they have been operating for 4 years and have held a sponsor license (and currently hold one in 2015) - despite your claim that the company was dissolved in 2011.

You will get a concise and specific answer - the fact(s) - as to where the "discrepancy" lies!
