What was the offence that you are alleged to have committed?

The OP writes ' 30 MONTHS SENTENCE FOR FRAUD'
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

I missed that. I wonder if that would have an impact on any deportation appeal.

You clearly meet the deportation criteria if the appeal fails.

If however the conviction is under appeal, and the appeal was made intime, i am unsure the Secretary of state can proceed with deportarion.

Part 5A may apply to your case, and exception 1 and 2 may apply if you formed your relarionship with your wife at a time when you have lawful status in the UK.

Also whether it will be unduly harsh for your wife and leave the UK with you.
