Brithish citizenship and wrs

Hi. I am from poland. Come to uk in 2005 and i register to wrs on same year. I lost my wrs card (this page with photo) but i have wrs certificate this with my last employer details. Now I want apply for british citizenship but don't know is this certificat will be ok or need this with photo. I was register in wrs so they should have my information and still can send this certificate but nit worker registration card. Need your opinion it will be ok or not?

Have you applied for PR and been issued with a PR card?
(Casa, not CR001)

I have blue residece card. I apply for this card after 2years i been in uk. Not sure is pernament or temporery residence card
