Can EU dependant with EU1 card get married to Illegal

hi, I am british citizen and currently experiencing my EU treaty rights in Ireland. My sister is my dependant here. I have applied for her EU1 visa. my qustion is this, if she get decision in her favour and equire 5 years visa, then during that time if she get married to a person who is illegal in Ireland, can she settle her husband on the basis of that visa. or If not then will that effect her dependency on me plus if they both have a baby here in Ireland then will the child have Irish nationality and can her husband get legal status on basis of the child. please help if any one can answer in detail, what are the rights of EU dependants regarding getting married etc. thanks
