Relationship proof

Post by lulucatt123 » Mon Nov 09, 2015 7:24 am

Hello
Iam the applicant and my hubby is the sponsor on ILR
We have been in long distance relationship from May 2012 and married in April 2015. My hubby has visited me 8 times over the years and he is planning on coming in December to spend Christmas together. We have been communicating using Skype fb messenger, a few emails , phone calls and whatsapp.
We are going to apply for spouse visa in January 2016 however for our relationship proof we have;

1.My hubby's entry and exit stamps to my country
2.phone records from Jan 2014 to date
3 skype records from June 2015
4 WhatsApp records from August 2015
5 A trip in 2013 and our honeymoon trip after our wedding
6 my hubby nominated me as a beneficiary on his life assurance
7 Two receipts for parcels hubby sent me in 2013 and June 2015
8 my hubby is an authorised signatory on my savings account
9 Our marriage certificate
10 Wedding photos, photos over the years and honeymoon photos

We changed phones in April this year and sadly lost our skype and whatsapp records
Our worry is that we don't have communication evidence from May 2012 since we didn't keep records of this and our telephone companies cannot retrieve all that data. Also like any relationship we had a "blip" in our rshp and deleted facebook conversations of each other and say we can't retrieve the conversations too
My questions are?
1) Is lack communication evidence from 2012 and 2013 lead to doubt by ECO about our marriage? Also 2014 he used to use calling cards and these don't show our number and I have read most Ecos don't recognise them.

2) Also when i first got in touch with hubby in 2012, he was still legally married to his ex but separated for 2 years, he officially visited my family in December 2013, will this raise questions since his divorce was finalised in October 2014 and we got married in April 2015?
