Job Title change

I wonder if you could advise on this please.

I am on Tier 2 General visa. My job title changed a week ago, but my core duties remained exactly the same. Does my HR need to inform this via SMS? And does she need to inform this within specific period of time, for example 10 days? Thanks.

15.7You must report the following within 10 working days:

d) If there are any significant changes in the sponsored migrant’s circumstances, for
example:
 a promotion or change in job title, or core duties, other than those which need a
