WHAT ARE MY CHANCES.

Post by ojay1 » Fri Nov 13, 2015 1:33 pm

after my study I got married to an old friend. she is an eea citizen. but things went very bad for me she was very unfaithfull to the marriage, as I'm a dependant,I was subjected to so many unfaithfullness from her and this caused so much pain to me. I decided to terminate the marriage by annulment. meanwhile my application in the home office is still not known. although i received a 6 month COA.
Now I do not know the outcome of the application.
what can I do.
after sometime, I met a friend and we going on very well. she has a child (british)
and she was giving a 2 and half years. I have been helping her with her little baby and the family bond is growing stronger and we are loving each other. she wants me to stay with her and help to raise her baby toghether (i suspect she wants to get pregnant for me also).
but my status is not helping me. I know I can give to her more than I am right now. she wants me to be a father figure to her children.
what can I do.
any means out there that i can do to resolve my case.
please i need your geniune assistance as I do not want leave her and the baby sad.

Firstly, can you give the reasons under which you were able to 'annul' your marriage?

What does 'she has a child (british) and she was giving a 2 and half years.' mean? How long have you been living together? You say she has a British child, but is your partner British?
