Please help - English requirement AN form

Post by fabercastel » Sun Nov 15, 2015 11:41 pm

Hello, Thank you for your time in replying to this query.

I am planning to apply for British citizenship through naturalisation.

Have a question on English language test (pg.7, section 1.23)

My case: I got my ILR in march 2014 and I qualify for citizenship in march 2015 , for ILR i have submitted english test form which i initially used for tier 1 in 2009. i have submitted TOEIC english language test from ETS taken in 2006 which they have accepted for tier 1, tier 1 extension as well as ILR in 2014.
On top of this I have a UK NARIC letter saying my bachelors degree english language level is considered to meet the requirements of CEFR level c1 which is above B1 as stated in the form

So if i submit the above documents which i used for tier 1 and ILR be suffice OR do I need to take additional English test.

Please could you help, I much appreciate your time spend on this query,

Thank you

I called to the home office so many times and they said if you already presented the Life in UK test and the language after octuber 28th 2013 you dont need a new test just you need to enclose your certificate however the test should be a B1
