English Requirement for Spouse

Hi,
I need bit of help in order to bring my wife to UK from Pakistan. I am on ILR and will apply for BC in January in shaa Allah. I need to apply visa for my wife, could you please let me know which English test she has to take in order to prove English language proficiency. If some one has a MBBS or Master degree from Pakistan do they still have to take English Language test?
