Tier 2 dependant outside UK

Post by tinu330 » Fri Nov 20, 2015 3:20 am

Hi
My wife was in tier 4 student visa and i was in tier 4 dependant visa. Our tier 4 visa was expiring on 9th of November 2015. my wife had switched her visa into tier 2 general visa on 6th November 2015. Due to an emergency we have to come back to india on 9th of November 2015. So I couldn't switch my visa before that. Now I need to apply for tier 2 dependant visa from India. My wife's new job's joining date is on 3rd December 2015. She is travelling on 1st december 2015 to uk. We don't have enough fund maintainance ( 630 pounds for 90 days) in our account to apply for dependant visa.

Is it is possible for me to apply for dependant visa with a letter from my wife's employer saying that they will provide accommodation and other financial support (maintenance)for me for 1 month.
If anybody would be able to help me please guide me.
