2 UK settled workers - ILR

Hi can someone please clarify if we can recruit who has ILR as an employee of my company?

On website it states it has to be a UK national or European national. Can I recruit someone who has ILR but is a national of some other country?

By the looks of your question it seems to be related to Tier 1
enterprenuer. If yes then there is no probem recruiting The person having ILR and as per the rules it will fulfill the requirement and it does not matter which country he/ she is the citizen of.
